Description

The building of the spa house was built in 1866 in the English neo-Gothic style. In 1994-1995 it was rebuilt into a restaurant and hotel complex with its own balneological center. Renamed Windsor Resort Hotel after April 1, 2014. There is a shopping gallery in the building. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. The hotel has a luggage storage space, an exchange office. The reception is open 24 hours a day.

Breakfast: 08: 00-10: 00 Lunch: 12: 00-14: 00 Dinner: 17: 30-20: 00 Breakfast in the form of a buffet. Lunches and dinners à la carte. Salad bar. In the restaurant: international cuisine, diet food, vegetarian dishes. It is possible to order a lunch packet. Drinks other than water for lunch and dinner are not included in the rate.

The hotel has 35 rooms:

SGL STD (1): single room, bathroom with shower, courtyard view. Room size 20 m2. DBL STD (28): double rooms that can be used as single rooms, some rooms can accommodate an extra bed, bathroom with shower, view of the courtyard. Two rooms face the side street Zahradni. Room size 20-30 m2.

DBL SUPERIOR (3): double rooms, some rooms can accommodate an extra bed, bathroom with shower, courtyard view (1 room), side street view (1 room), river view (1 room). Room size 30-37 m2.

SIUTE (3): an apartment consisting of a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom with a bath or shower. Two rooms overlooking the side street (bathroom with bathtub), one room overlooking the courtyard (bathroom with shower). Room size 43-56 m2. Each room has a bathroom with a shower, in the SUITE category a bath or shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, free wi-fi internet, bathrobe, slippers.

In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, body milk. One room of the DBL STD category is adapted for disabled people. Twin beds are possible in all rooms of all categories. It is not possible to connect numbers (connect). Extra bed is possible in some rooms. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited! Pets are not allowed. Housekeeping: daily. Bed linen change: 3 times a week. Change of towels: daily.

Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: until 11:00.

Infrastructure

All procedures take place in the hotel building. The hotel has a spa doctor and a pediatrician. The complex treatment includes 18 procedures per week. The cost of complex treatment includes an entrance and follow-up medical examination. Treatment of children from 6 years old. The complex spa service includes: • accommodation with full board or half board • initial medical examination • development of an individual treatment program, including a drinking cure • up to 18 procedures per week on the recommendation of a doctor (children from 6 to 15 years old - 8 procedures per week ) • follow-up medical examination (minimum stay - 8 nights) • general laboratory examination (minimum stay - 14 nights) • supervision of a doctor and other medical personnel over the process of spa treatment • possibility of dietary meals on the recommendation of a doctor • free entrance to the sauna • final medical report
