The new hotel, which opened in March 2010, offers a high standard of accommodation, catering, and spa treatments that will suit even the most demanding guest. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. The hotel has a luggage storage, souvenir sale and a small library. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Umbrellas are provided for customers to use. No smoking in the rooms! Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

It is possible to order a lunch packet. Non-alcoholic drinks (water and juices) for lunch and dinner are included in the price of the guesthouse. Other drinks at the request of customers - for an additional fee. It is possible to order breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room. The restaurant offers a wide selection of wines.

The lobby bar is open from 10:00 to 22:00.

The hotel has 36 rooms:

DBL COMFORT (SGL COMFORT): a double room that can be used as a single room, some rooms with a balcony, a bathroom with a bath or shower. The minimum area of the room is 28 m2.

DBL LUXE (SGL LUXE): a double room that can be used as a single room, some rooms with a balcony, a bathroom with a shower. Minimum room area from 51 m2.

SUITE: two-room apartment - two bedrooms and a living room, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Room size 78 m2.

Each room has: air conditioning, bathroom with bath or shower, toilet, desk, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, radio, electric kettle, safe, free wi-fi internet, smoke detectors. In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, sewing kit, umbrella.

Smoking in the rooms is prohibited!

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

One DBL COMFORT room is adapted for disabled people.

Twin beds are available in DBL COMFORT and DBL LUXE rooms.

It is not possible to connect numbers (connect). But it is possible to separate the DBL COMFORT, DBL LUXE and SUITE rooms on the same floor, which will have one common corridor with a separate entrance.

An extra bed is possible in rooms of the categories DBL COMFORT, DBL LUXE, SUITE.

Pets are allowed. Supplement 8 E / night.

Housekeeping: daily. Bed linen change: every 3rd day.

Change of towels and bathrobes: every 3rd day or as needed.
