The hotel building belongs to the valuable architectural monuments. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century in the Art Nouveau style and was restored under the supervision of the Committee for the Protection of Antiquities so as to preserve all the valuable architectural elements. Since November 2011, the hotel has joined the AXXOS Hotels & Resorts chain of hotels and resorts. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. The hotel sells souvenirs and cosmetics. The reception is open 24 hours a day. No smoking in the hotel! The hotel has the possibility of a paid parking for 13 euro / day.

The hotel is located in the very center of the resort, close to the famous Karlovy Vary spring "Geyser", overlooking the park, the river and the exquisite architecture of the surrounding spa buildings and, above all, the building of the city theater.

The hotel has 37 rooms:

DBL ATRIUM: standard double room overlooking the courtyard, can be used as a single, some rooms have a bathroom with a bidet. Room size 18 m2.

DBL PARK VIEW: standard double room with a park view, some with a balcony, some with a bathroom with a bidet. The room can be either with a balcony or with a bidet. Room size 20-35 m2.

SUITE: two-room apartment with a bedroom and a living room, overlooking only the courtyard. Room size 40-45 m2.

In all rooms: bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, bidet in some rooms, minibar, satellite TV, safe, telephone, air conditioning, cosmetic mirror, free wi-fi internet.

Various pillows and bathroom cosmetic sets are available for customers to choose from.

On request, the hotel provides an electric kettle for an additional charge of 5 euro/day.

In the rooms, customers are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, cotton swabs and sticks, a bathing cap, a sewing kit.
