HOTEL NEWS FROM 09/16/2014 The balconies and the facade of the hotel have been renewed and reconstructed, now it is even more pleasant to relax on the balconies overlooking the spa park! All rooms have plasma TVs with satellite channels (more than 12 channels in Russian, as well as German, English and Czech). We have changed the design of the curtains - all rooms have black out curtains - opaque curtains allow you to relax in the daytime after the procedures! We have updated the terrace. All rooms have brand new special orthopedic mattresses! In all rooms and public areas wi-fi is free and unlimited. The city theater is located next to the hotel. There is a 4-storey city parking 150 meters from the hotel. The service staff speaks Russian and German. The hotel has a place to store luggage, sale of souvenirs, a library, an exchange office. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Umbrellas are provided for customers to use. Wireless wi-fi internet in the entire hotel is free. Smoking is only allowed in the hotel lobby bar.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, surrounded by the spa park with the Forest Spring pavilion, next to the city theater, a 5-10 minute walk from the main colonnade with mineral springs and a singing fountain and the main sights of the city.

Near the hotel there are shops, a bank, an ATM, a trolleybus stop.

The hotel has 37 rooms:

SGL STD (5): single room, bathroom with shower. Room size 22 m2.

DBL STD (14): double room, bathroom with shower. Room size 30-43 m2.

SUITE (5): two-room two-story suite, two bathrooms with a shower, two toilets. Room size 55 m2.

All rooms have: desk, telephone, radio, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, refrigerator, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, safe, smoke detectors.

In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.

Smoking in the rooms is prohibited!

One room of the DBL STD category is adapted for disabled people.

Twin beds are possible in all rooms of the category DBL STD. There are no large double beds in the hotel.

It is not possible to connect numbers (connect).

An extra bed is possible in some rooms of the category DBL STD and SUITE.

Pets are not allowed.

Housekeeping: daily.

Bed linen change: every 3rd day.

Change of towels: as needed.

Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: until 11:00.

All procedures take place in the hotel building. The hotel has a spa doctor. The entrance and final medical examination is included in the cost of complex treatment. Laboratory research is paid additionally. Treatments are provided 7 days a week: Monday-Friday 7: 00-15: 00, Saturday-Sunday - only wellness treatments. The comprehensive treatment program includes 15 procedures per week. Treatment of children from 12 years old.
