Description

Opened in July 2012, Tchaikovsky Palace is a new building of the Tchaikovsky sanatorium, which operates practically as an independent sanatorium. The Tchaikovsky Palace building was built over the Tchaikovsky building, the buildings are interconnected by an elevator. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. The hotel offers luggage storage, souvenir sales, currency exchange, and a small library. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Umbrellas are provided for customers to use. The hotel does not accept animals! Paid parking at the Tchaikovsky hotel on Sadovaya st. A parking space must be requested in advance when booking a room.

Location

The sanatorium is located in a quiet area, next to an Orthodox church. The sanatorium has 2 entrances - one from Sadova Street (lower) - Tchaikovsky Hotel, the second from Krale Jiriho Street (upper) - Tchaikovsky Palace Hotel.

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are offered in a buffet style. There is a possibility of ordering a la carte menu, ordering a children's menu, lunch packet. Lunch and dinner drinks are included (water, tea, fruit lemonade). It is possible to order breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room. The lobby bar is open from 10:00 to 22:00.

There are 52 rooms in the hotel:

DBL (SGL) STD: double room, bathroom with shower, some rooms with balcony. Some of the rooms can be connected. Room size 23 m2. There is a surcharge for a room with a balcony.

DBL (SGL) MANSARDA: double room attic, bathroom with shower. Room size 43-62 m2.

DBL (SGL) SUITE LUXE (4): two-room apartment with living room and bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, two rooms with balcony. Room size 30-38 m2.

All rooms have a bathroom with a bath or shower, mini-bar, satellite TV, safe, telephone, free wi-fi internet, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, central air conditioning. Most rooms have bidets. In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Smoke detectors are installed in each room.

No smoking in the rooms! Smoking is only allowed in the hotel lobby bar.

Twin beds are possible in all room categories. It is possible to connect numbers (connect) in the categories DBL (SGL) STD. An extra bed is possible in some rooms of all categories.

Housekeeping: daily.

Bed linen change: every 4th day.

Change of towels: daily.

Medical base

Own medical base. Most of the water procedures are provided in the Chaikovsky building, dry ones - in the Chaikovsky Palace. The price of the complex treatment for an adult includes 18 procedures per week. For children from 6 to 12 years old - 10 procedures per week. Spring # 1 was brought out in the hotel.

All procedures take place in the hotel building. The hotel has a spa doctor. The cost of the complex treatment includes an entrance and final medical examination. Laboratory research is paid additionally. The comprehensive treatment program includes 17 procedures per week. Treatments are provided 6 days a week. Treatment of children from 6 years old.
