The Mozart Hotel is part of the Jessenius-Esplanade-Elephant-Mozart hotel group and is located just 100 meters from the Jessenius hotel, which offers treatments and meals. There is no reception at the Mozart Hotel, all guests use their own key to the front door. The reception at Yessenius Hotel is open 24 hours a day. Here, customers can use all the services of the Jessenius Hotel: For clients there is a luggage storage service, a safe at the reception for free use, currency exchange, sale of souvenirs. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. Connection to wireless internet is only possible at the reception of the Jessenius hotel free of charge.
