Description

The hotel is part of the Jessenius-Esplanade-Elephant-Mozart group of hotels and is the main building where all the medical procedures and meals are held. For clients, there is a luggage storage service, a safe at the reception for free use, currency exchange, sale of souvenirs. Connection to wireless internet is possible only at the reception, free of charge. The service staff speaks Russian, German and English. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Umbrellas are provided for customers to use.

The hotel is located in the very center of the resort, on the left bank of the Tepla River, within walking distance from the Geyser and other mineral springs.

Rooms Fund

The hotel has 37 rooms:

SGL STD (1): single room, courtyard view, room area 19 m2.

DBL STD (18): double room overlooking the courtyard, bathroom with bath or shower. An extra bed is only possible in two rooms. Room size 20-24 m2.

DBL RIVER VIEW (16): double room with a river view and with the possibility of an extra bed, bathroom with bathtub or shower. Some rooms with balcony. Room size 24-26 m2.

SUITE (3): two-room apartments with a living room and a bedroom, room area 30 m2.

Each room has a bathroom with a bath or shower, cosmetic mirror, desk, telephone, refrigerator, electric kettle, satellite TV, hairdryer in the room or at the reception for free, wi-fi internet.

An iron and ironing board can be used free of charge at the reception.

In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.

The hotel rooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are non-smoking. Only 25 non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed in rooms on the 4th floor.

There are no disabled rooms at the hotel.

Twin beds are possible in DBL STD rooms.

It is possible to connect rooms (connect) in rooms of the SUITE category.

Extra bed is available in SUITE rooms and in some DBL rooms with river view.

Pets are allowed. Supplement 17 E / night at the hotel reception.

Housekeeping: daily.

Bed linen change: every 4th day.

Change of towels: daily or as needed.

Treatment

All treatments are carried out in the hotel's balneo complex. Natural mineral water is used for the procedures. Treatments are provided 5 days a week. The comprehensive treatment program includes 15 procedures per week. Treatment of children from 15 years old.
